After the success of the first International Workshop on Cognitive Wireless Cloud Networks 2009 (CogCloud'09), second CogCloud (CogCloud'10) will be held in conjunction with PIMRC'10, 26 September 2010, Istanbul, Turkey. The objective of this full day workshop is to bring researchers together to share the current status of cognitive wireless networks and to discuss the future possible extensions and applications, especially in cloud computing and ubiquitous networking. The workshop is open to submissions and possible topics are: - Research results and future perspectives of cognitive wireless networks - Current status of R&D projects regarding cognitive wireless networks - Prospect of cognitive wireless networks from major operator's viewpoint - Standardization activities on cognitive wireless networks (IEEE1900, ETSIRRS, IEEE 802)
